PartyBuddys has produced a 1/2 hour TV infomercial and is looking for sponsors. We are going to launch the infomercial in the North Hudson area on the Cablevision system broadcasted into over 50,000 homes. The infomercial will air on leased access channels in Hoboken, West New York, North Bergen, Union City and Weehawken.

The infomercial will air 5 days a week between the hours of 11pm and 1am.

As part of the sponsorship, sponsors can have a 1 minute "Picture Gallery" commercial created and inserted into PartyBuddys' infomercial. Sponsors can also provide their own commercials if they desire. 15 minutes of the infomercial features PartyBuddys. The other 15 minutes features our sponsors.

Below is PartyBuddy's infomercial and a sample "Picture Gallery" sponsor commercial. A letter from PartyBuddy's CEO, James King, and the sponsorship agreement are below the videos.

Dear Future Sponsor,

My name is James King. I am the CEO of PartyBuddys. Our company is a unique idea that catches the interest of anyone that reads about or watches what we do. That is why we have produced a TV infomercial.

I hope you will partner with our uniquely famous brand and sponsor our infomercial. I am asking my potential sponsors to sign on for a minimum of 1 minute per 1/2 hour infomercial for 12 weeks, 5 days a week, Monday - Friday:

- 1 minute of commercial airtime per 1/2 hour infomercial is $10 per minute. 1 minute per 1/2 hour infomercial 5 days a week for 12 weeks
(60 minutes total airtime) = $600.

- 2 minutes of commercial airtime per 1/2 hour infomercial is $9 per minute. 2 minutes per 1/2 hour infomercial 5 days a week for 12 weeks (120 minutes total airtime) = $1100

- 3 minutes of commercial airtime per 1/2 hour infomercial is $8 per minute. 3 minutes per 1/2 infomercial 5 days a week for 12 weeks (180 minutes total airtime) = $1600

Sponsor Agreement

By filling out the form below, you, the sponsor, agree to and understand;

a) PartyBuddys' infomercial will air on the North Hudson Cablevison system 5 days a week between the hours of 11pm and 1am. The infomercial will air in over 50,000 homes throughout Hoboken, West New York, Weehawken, Union City, and North Bergen.

b) This agreement is for a span of 12 weeks starting December 1st, 2009 and ending February 16th, 2009. Sponsors ads will air 5 days week , Mon-Fri, during that time span. Launch date and ending date are subject to change.

c) PartyBuddys will create a sponor "Picture Gallery" commercial spot/s as part of sponsor deal or sponsor can provide their own commercial spot. Sponsors will provide pictures to PartyBuddys to create "Picture Gallery" commercial.

d) Sponsor may update commercial spot 2 times during 12 month campaign. Updates will be made on the 4th and 8th week of the campaign.

e) Sponsor will make payment in full amount for infomercial airtime with a credit card through Paypal or with a company check.
